Biography of the animator: Bénédicte Flouriot
Bénédicte Flouriot is a Certified Professional Coach, expert in life transitions. After a rich career in luxury hospitality and professional coaching, she dedicated herself to helping individuals and companies transform and succeed. For almost 10 years, she has guided her clients through career and leadership challenges, regardless of their sector or continent, with a single goal: to help them identify their vocation and excel in it. A citizen of the world and a nomad at heart, Bénédicte has lived many changes and learned to understand the richness of human nature, in all its diversity and similarities. She adopts a multi-referential approach, combining non-violent communication, family system, and culinary improvisation. Author of the book “Horizons Stellaires, navigate through the constellations of your Being to redesign your professional path”, released in autumn 2024, she offers a unique and inspiring approach to rethink one’s career.
