Rencontre FAM – special edition: morning of discovery with inclusive buyers

Meeting FAM – Special Edition
In partnership with the Quebec Women’s Business Network (RFAQ), WeBC and the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), we are proud to invite you to an exceptional “discovery morning” in Vancouver.
This event is a golden opportunity for:

  • To develop your business through new opportunities.
  • To meet inclusive buyers and industry leaders.
  • To expand your network with entrepreneurs who share your values.
  • To participate in roundtable discussions to create meaningful connections.
  • To discover proven strategies for integrating large companies’ supply chains.
  • To encourage 100% Canadian procurement and contribute to a more inclusive economy.

Lunch and Learn Bilingual Workshop: Public Procurement, a Opportunity to Seize!

In addition to the Discovery Morning, the SDECB is offering a special 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm workshop, led by Nathalie Gonzalez, expert in contract and supplier management. The public sector offers many opportunities, but it can seem intimidating. Do you know acronyms such as RFP, RFX, RFI, NOI, RFSQ? Do you know how to respond to a request for proposal? Can you become a service provider or only a goods provider? This workshop is designed to answer these questions and more. Nathalie Gonzalez will share her expertise to help you understand the mechanisms of public procurement in BC, identify opportunities tailored to your business, and overcome the barriers that often prevent women from seizing these opportunities.
